Shake capsule before use for full flavor. Simply place the capsule in the machine opening and select the Lungo setting. We recommend frequent cleaning of your machine by running a water cycle (with no capsule) to ensure optimum brewing. Store capsules in a cool, dry place.

This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars Great product and easy to make - the only issue is that sometimes the capsule does not get fully pierced by the machine and it becomes hot water only. I think the problem is because the capsule is slightly smaller than Nespresso pods.

This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars Nice flavor, but could be abit stronger. The capsule only make a very small cup, so i add a dash of oatmilk and maple syrup - would be nice to see one that came with the oat milk already in like a pre-made matcha latte.
