Hot Matcha Preparation:
1. Fill the kettle with fresh, filtered water and heat to just short of boiling.
2. Fill a bowl or cup with warm water and pour out.
3. Add 2 teaspoons of matcha to a bowl or cup. Add 6-8 oz of steaming (170°F) filtered water. Experiment to find your favored strength.
4. Using a whisk, fork or a hand frother, blend for one to two minutes until well blended.
Iced Matcha Preparation:
1. Fill the kettle with fresh, filtered water and heat to just short of boiling.
2. Add 2 teaspoons of matcha to a bowl or cup. Add 1 oz of steaming (170°F) filtered water.
3. Using a whisk, fork or a hand frother, blend for one to two minutes until well blended.
4. Add 5-7 oz of filtered water and pour over ice.
Matcha Latte Preparation:
Prepare as above but add 5-7 oz steamed milk for a hot latte or 5-7 oz cold milk for an iced latte.

To retain freshness after opening, reseal well and store in refrigerator.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I took a chance on this tea because of the Wicked packaging. So glad I did! Rose, vanilla, & cherry blend perfectly together with the green tea. I also added a tiny bit of sweet creamer to my cup which both smoothes and enhances the flavors. I’m not usually a fan of flavored matcha, but I decided to write this review because this tea is my favorite matcha blend of all time. I like it so much, I’m ordering another bag!

This shopper rated the product 1 out of 5 stars This is my first ever negative review on TROT after years as a loyal customer. My adult daughter and I shared this, but both of us found it bitter and slightly chemical tasting. She thought it smelled strongly of almond extract (which isn't listed in the ingredients, but nevertheless she wasn't wrong about the smell). I have tried many, many matcha powders from TROT and a variety of other providers, and this is the only one that just doesn't taste good.
