Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over the tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot or let cool and pour over ice.

This shopper rated the product 3 out of 5 stars I'd previously bought this tea in bags and enjoyed it very much, and since I've been getting into loose-leaf tea I figured I should go ahead and get it in bulk. I've tried it both hot and iced and wasn't impressed either way. I'm rather disappointed, to be honest. It has a funny aftertaste and isn't nearly as pepperminty as I remember. I don't think I'll get it again.
