Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I wasn't a fan of this tea, but honestly, I just don't think I'm a fan of green tea in general. This issue of mine is in no way this poor tea's fault so I can't take any stars away for that. So, instead of continuing to drink it on its own, I started mixing it with the Hibiscus Blueberry and it is a delicious combination! I'm going to keep mixing and matching to see what other deliciousness I can create.

It has less caffeine than black tea but all the nutrients of tea drinking. I love the flavor and don't miss my sugar when drinking it. It is my go to green tea.
