Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This is my favorite green tea. I wanted to cut back on sugar and sugar substitutes in my tea and this is the perfect tea for that. It has less caffeine than black tea but all the nutrients of tea drinking. I love the flavor and don't miss my sugar when drinking it. It is my go to green tea.
