Full-Leaf Green Tea

Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars Such a nice tea. I detest green tea that tastes like grass, but this one is nice and mellow. I do steep it at the recommended temp for green tea (lower than boiling), and it isn’t bitter at all. It’s also not too tart. The blueberry doesn’t overwhelm the green tea, but it’s very nicely balanced. You definitely taste it. This is a tea I will likely reorder, even as someone who is only lukewarm on green tea in general. I wanted something loose-leaf, and I love blueberry, which is why I went ahead and tried it. No regrets!
