HiCAF® Breakfast Black Tea contains 110mg of caffeine per 6 oz cup.
Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

I like straight hot black tea, but started also making a cup of hi-can iced tea for my son who is a senior at the high school I teach at. We have an early start with a 40 min drive. It’s a perfect start to the day.
