Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over the tea bag and steep for 5-7 minutes. Serve hot or let cool and pour over ice.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This blend isn't as spice-forward as some teas labeled chai are so it took a few cups to adjust. I add a fair amount of milk and no sweetener. I wasn't sure at first but now I love it and drink several cups a day with such regularity that I've become a subscriber!
