For thousands of years, people have sipped green tea to stay healthy. When ground into a fine powder, green tea leaves transform into matcha, and all those incredible mind-body benefits multiply. We've blended both premium Japanese matcha and green tea leaves with powerful herbs for a healthy, flavorful, smooth-tasting infusion.

Green tea contains less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)

This shopper rated the product 2 out of 5 stars Whoa! Strong reduction in quality in this tea. I have been buying this flavor for years. Recently, each teabag quantity been reduced to just 1/2 a teaspoon of tea! This makes each cup of tea extremely weak - you need two bags to get the old flavor, so the price has effectively doubled. Green tea is not expensive, and more and more supplier cost is being used as a blanket excuse to reduce quantity and make products more expensive. This excuse has gone too far, and we do notice. I'm afraid I am done with an old favorite. :(
