Heat fresh, filtered water to boiling. Place one tea bag in your cup and pour in 6 oz of the heated water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy. For iced tea, double the amount of tea bags used, steep as above and pour over a generous amount of ice.

Neither my wife nor I would say it’s one we are especially passionate about—rather, it’s one that we know will satisfy when nothing else sounds quite right. The floral and fruit aspects sufficiently balanced that it works in any weather and at any energy level. It’s the Ol’ Reliable of the Republic.
