Steeping white tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz water per serving over tea and steep for 30-60 seconds (if using tea bags) or 2-3 minutes (if using full-leaf.)

Try not to over steep, because it will turn bitter. I have a cup every day. Unfortunately for me, my family loves it too. It doesn't last long in our house.
