HiCAF® Pom-berry Black contains 130mg of caffeine per 6 oz cup.
Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

I finally decided to try one of the other Hi Caf teas, and I am so very happy with Hi Caf Pom Berry Black Tea! It gives me just the ZING I needed for my morning cups of tea. This blend is perfect! Two of the Hi Caf teabags equals the caffeine I used to drink in two cups of coffee, and I am ready for my day!
