Strong and Mighty Black Tea
Patterned after traditional masala chai, this bold black chai tea has a base of strong black Biodynamic® Assam leaves infused with warming spices: organic cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and a hint of black pepper. This bold and black chai tea is meant to be taken with milk for a hearty, satisfying cup that will wake you up in the morning and revive you in the afternoon.
Elephant Friendly Tea™
The tea leaves in this blend are harvested from a Certified Elephant Friendly™ tea garden committed to the protection of Asian elephants and their habitats. The tea growers allow elephants to travel through their tea gardens without getting harmed by electric fences, power lines, ditches or human conflict. This premium black chai tea supports the coexistence of agriculture and wildlife and helps reduce the decline of the Asian elephant species.

Steeping black tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars I didn't drink chai teas for a while because I don't take milk in my tea, but this tea makes a wonderful, warming, spicy cup of black tea without milk also.
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This needs to be bolder. I need two tea bags in a 8 oz cup and it needs to steep 5-8 minutes. If it was truly bold, would I need two bags?
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars I love a strong masala chai, but this requires 2 teabags per cup to even come close to my chai from Dubai, Adagio and Spicewalla. Still there's no such thing as bad chai, so I will just add more spices.
