Ti Kuan Yin Full-Leaf Tea
Strengthen the Spirit Tea
One of China's most famous teas. These dark, iron-colored leaves steep this aromatic infusion with an exquisitely fresh, orchid-like essence and a lingering aftertaste. The leaves impart much flavor and can be infused many times over.
Oolong Tea
With origins in Taiwan and southeast China, the best oolong tea is produced when tea leaves are oxidized in direct sunlight until they give off a precise and pleasant fragrance — somewhere between apples, orchids, and peaches. Sip one of our delicious oolong teas and learn about the allure of oolong.

Oolong Tea has less than a quarter the amount of caffeine per cup than in a similar-sized cup of coffee. More about caffeine.
Steeping Oolong tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 3-5 minutes.
