Steeping red tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes if using a tea bag or full-leaf.

This shopper rated the product 3 out of 5 stars Not fond of artificial flavoring, this for me has to be steeped only 30 seconds before it is too sweet. Still yet, I enjoyed it at the holidays in spite of my sensitivities being a lover of homemade gingerbread. The aroma was the best part.
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This is one of my all-time favorite tea varieties. I drink it almost every evening during the Christmas season (and beyond). It’s got the right amount of spiciness, and tastes like an indulgent drink. It’s hard to find a decaf or caffeine free gingerbread tea, especially one that tastes this good. I don’t miss the usual black tea base with this tea. It’s so delicious!

To me, the stevia is not at all overpowering, just enhancing of the warm spice flavors. Also, I'm not a big fan of rooibos, but I barely register it in this tea, which tastes a little like gingerbread in a cup.
