Tea of Integrity
Harvested in early spring in Fuding, Fujian Province in China. These choice, tippy leaf and bud sets are hand rolled into tight "pearls," dried, then scented multiple times with fresh jasmine blossoms. This painstaking process is dependent upon perfect timing. The result is a clean, floral tea that yields distinct flavor even after many infusions.

Steeping green tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water just short of boiling. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 1-3 minutes (if using a tea bag) or 2-4 minutes (if using full-leaf tea.)
