Steeping herbal tea is easy. Simply heat fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Then pour 6 oz of water over tea and steep for 5-7 minutes.

This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars This tea is what I drink after a rough day or self- care weekend. I add some cacoa butter to it and it just makes it feel like a hot cup of cocoa while recovering from the stresses of life. A must when feeling exhausted.

Though it doesn't have caffeine in it, since it contains the adaptogenic reishi mushroom it will either relax or energize you depending on what your body needs at that time. The first time I drank it was in the evening & it kept me awake at night, but other times I have drunken it relaxed me.
