Place one pouch with 2 cups of filtered, just short of boiling water, in a heat-safe pitcher. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Remove pouch then stir in one cup of cold water and one cup of ice cubes until ice melts. Serve over more ice.

I normally use this half and half with black tea bags to make a gallon of refrigerator tea. (2 of these and 4 regular). I am very impressed with all of the teas I have tried from Republic of Tea and the service is great.
