INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steep both tea bags in 2 oz of boiling water for 7 minutes, then remove tea bags.
  2. Stir in simple syrup and let cool.
  3. Pour over ice in a highball glass.
  4. Top off with cranberry ginger ale.
  5. Stir with a candy cane for a sweet addition. Enjoy, Sip by Sip!

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Steep tea bags in 4 oz of boiling water for 7 minutes, then remove tea bags and let tea cool.
  2. In a flat dish, mix sugar and cinnamon until completely blended.
  3. Cut citrus in half, rub the juice around the rim of two 8 oz glasses and then dip the rims into the cinnamon sugar mix.
  4. Next, fill your sugar-rimmed glasses with ice.
  5. Divide sparkling cider or ginger ale into each glass, then follow up with the cooled tea.
  6. Top with a splash of cran-apple or cranberry juice and a squeeze of juice from the other half of your lemon or lime.
  7. Add fresh cranberries or a cinnamon stick for a fun, festive touch.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk yolks and sugar in a medium bowl until creamy.
  2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, steep tea bags in cream and milk. Add salt and stir often until a bare simmer
  3. Remove tea bags and add a big spoonful of the hot milk to the egg mixture, whisking vigorously. Repeat one spoonful at a time to temper the eggs. Then, pour the mixture back into the saucepan on the stove.
  4. Whisk constantly until the mixture is just slightly thickened then remove from heat. Strain through a fine mesh into a pitcher and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled. (It will thicken as it cools.) For a thinner consistency, add to a blender with a splash of milk and blend until smooth.
  6. Serve with whipped cream and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
